Called the store and asked to speak to the manager who accused me of having an attitude. I became exceedingly polite then, explained the situation...and got hung up on. Called back and asked to be given the franchise owner's name and number. Was told it was on the website (not anywhere I could find) and got hung up on again. I did not raise my voice or use any expletives, and still got treated like I wasn't worth a moment of their time. Probably the poorest customer service I've had in a long while. Won't be using this location ever again.
