Wendy's have joined Hardee's in the list of places I can no longer use for breakfast due to the fact they have discontinued English muffins!!! Of all the crap they could have done away with.

Whoever took my order shouldn’t be working here . Completely rude , slammed the door in my face. Messed half my order up, chicken sandwich not made how I ordered, missing a fry and nuggets. Paid $40 just for it to not be right . Had to come all the way back up here just to have whoever in the background screaming as I relayed the mess up in the speaker . The manger was friendly and nice , and got my correct order to me expeditiously . Do NOT recommend coming here at any point after 10 as they don’t seem to care about making sure you get what you paid for .

Hello again, Wendy’s. I feel compelled to continue documenting the absolutely bewildering experience we endured at your establishment. At first I believed the situation might have simply been an unfortunate oversight — perhaps an employee momentarily distracted, perhaps a busy lunch rush. However, as the events continued to unfold, it became abundantly clear that what we were witnessing was not a momentary lapse in service, but rather a full-scale collapse of basic restaurant functionality. To begin, the waiting situation did not merely persist — it escalated into something resembling a social experiment in patience. My aforementioned friend (still unnamed, out of respect for their dignity after such a harrowing ordeal) remained standing at the counter while employees passed by as though we were decorative plants. We waved politely. Nothing. We cleared our throats. Nothing. At one point I briefly considered whether we had somehow become invisible. Then there is the matter of the Frosty. I cannot stress this enough: a vanilla junior Frosty and a medium strawberry Frosty swirl are not interchangeable concepts. They are not cousins, not siblings, not even distant acquaintances. One is vanilla. The other is strawberry. One is junior. The other is medium. The level of interpretive creativity required to make that substitution is frankly astonishing. The soda machine situation was equally troubling. I approached it with hope, cup in hand, envisioning a refreshing beverage. Instead, what emerged was a tragic stream of lightly flavored carbonated disappointment. It was essentially soda water that had once heard rumors about syrup but never actually met it. And then we arrive at the restroom situation, which truly pushed matters into the realm of the absurd. The absence of paper towels was so complete that it felt almost intentional — as if someone had conducted a thorough sweep to ensure that not a single square remained. I checked everywhere: the dispenser, the counter, even the floor. Nothing. My hands were left to air-dry like medieval laundry. Frankly, by this point I was beginning to wonder if the building itself was slowly giving up. I sincerely hope improvements are made, because the experience we had was less “fast food restaurant” and more “live-action endurance challenge.” Concerned (and increasingly baffled), A Customer
