  I stopped at this McDonald's four times a year on my way home to see my mother and every time I come the service gets slower and slower but at least they're nice

  If I could give this place negative stars I would. First off smelled like raw sewer as soon as you walk in. Cashier said that it's on the city.... Ok I can see that. Came in with 2 friends. All 3 of ordered the same thing, except me I asked for mayo on my sandwich. When we got our order, my sandwich not only missing mayo but ketchup and mustard and pickles. We ordered 6 cookies and got 3. So take it back to the register the girl says she can't take that one back, but offers a new one, and will bring out the rest of the cookies. Walk back to the front and my sandwich is handed to me. Wrapper was inside out, not closed, and ketchup everywhere. I got ketchup all over the front of my sweatshirt and sleeve. I put it back down and tell her how ridiculous that is. She takes this sandwich back and says she'll have them remake it, but she had an attitude. Not 2 mins later she walks out with a smile, and the sandwich which is perfectly wrapped and has napkins neatly wrapped around. She says here you go sorry about that. I immediately get a bad feeling. I open the wrapper and the sauce is way runny, and still no onions. I took a bite and one of the workers walks out of the kitchen and is looking towards me and the sandwich. I waited and ate my overdone fries. Then he emptied the teas, which is walk all 3 of us are drinking. He goes outside. About 3 mins later here comes another worker, this one couldn't even seem to be smooth with it. He stared at me and my sandwich. I knew they had done something to it. I spoke out loud about know what they did to it and not one of them said a thing. Just kind of smirked. Needless to say we left. I'm sorry but not really! I will never eat here again, and I will make sure to let others know of the horrible experience.

  The food was typical McDonald’s food. Neither great nor horrible.. the servers were really nice and the classic country music playing over the radio was a nice contrast to the normal vibes 😁

  If I could give this 0 stars I would. The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received. We came on Dec 30th at 5pm. It was only my family one one other couple in the lobby, the drive through was slowish. We waited for 40 minutes to get our food. The tables were all covered in food, bags on the tables and food all over the floor. The most disgusting McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. We finally get our food, and go to fill our drinks, no ice. Waited at the counter with another couple to get ice, and 2 employees looked at me and went about their business, didn’t even acknowledge me. Finally a lady walks by and asks what we need and gets us ice in a cup. Go to fill our drinks and they’re out of all the tea. All the employees seemed annoyed. It wasn’t even busy in there! I will for sure never be returning to this McDonald’s.

  We ordered 2 black coffee & 2 bottles of water. The cashier gave us plastic cups. We repeated our order. We waited over 15 minutes while she gave our coffee to the woman after us & oj to a man after that. We asked about the coffee she said it's first come first served (we were the only ones waiting initially!) She said I'm getting your cream! We repeated 2 black coffee, 2 bottles of water. Then she accused us of yelling at her as employees in back are laughing. She kept getting the order wrong for ladies ahead of us. 12/14/25 order #47 AID#31010 KS#2 absolutely terrible service.
