- AAAdam2 days ago2.0Went there at approx 8:15pm 11/22/25. The worker at the 1st drive thru window did not give us a receipt. At the 2nd drive thru window, the 2nd worker wasn't wearing anything that said McDonald's on it, had rainbow colored hair, and more metal on her face than what's at a fabricating shop. She confirmed the order, gave me the back, closed the window and started making an iced coffee for the order behind mine. Our drinks (two Diet Cokes) were sitting at the window, waiting to be given to us. I honked the horn to get her attention. There was a gentleman behind her that looked at me after I honked the horn, gave me a dirty look, then walked away. The girl who gave me my food order opened the window with the iced coffee. I asked her if I could have our Diet Cokes, which again were sitting in front of the window, waiting to be handed to me. She gave me the Diets, then said "Someone else does drive", then immediately closed the window and walked away. The demeanor of the 2nd drive thru worker was rude, she was very unprofessional, and if I were her manager, she would go home until she came back looking professional. If her attitude did not change, she would not have a job. I spent 4 years working quick service, and I've done drive-thru a lot. Professionalism and positivity can go a long way when running a restaurant.
