  They are SO slow. Been to this location 2x. 1st time I was given the wrong drink. 2nd time I waited 10 minutes at the window for my drink that was THE WRONG ONE AGAIN!

  There always so nice and polite! Never had a bad experience. And not mention how amazing my drinks and doughnuts always are! Highly recommend! My favorite 😍 coffee place!

  I'm pretty sure the employees think making donuts at a donut shop is optional. No matter what time you go through or what you order, they tell you they don't have it. "this item is not avaible at this location" and its just a cake donut with sprinkles. If you order online, they will throw whatever they want in the bag and just completely ignore whatever you picked telling you they didn't have those items, just a bunch of these stale donut holes. Unless you want mediocre coffee, don't bother.

  You can only go through the drive thru and the intercom is very scratch and the people are extremely hard to understand at the window let alone at the intercom. The menu is missing most items, getting in and out of there is a nightmare. The food is good though. I don't find that the food is good enough for the very high price. I won't return.

  Been coming here the past week to order a large hot chocolate. Everytime I open the cup it’s always 3/4 full so I always have to tell them at the window to fill it up cause I ordered a large but they always give me medium size serving. Today at the drive thru, I told them to fill up the cup all the way to the rim. The manager stared at me in an extremely rude behavior and wanting to memorize my face. Some of their workers cannot understand English specially the one guy that takes orders and will get your order wrong. Once they give you the item and you tell them that’s not what you ordered. Then they will rudely say “Well we already made it.” So, you’re the one who can’t understand English and get my order wrong but I’m supposed to pay the food I didn’t order. This location just need to go back to the old crew where everyone are friendly, helpful and welcoming.
