  i never usually leave reviews, but i had to for my experience! i think she said her name was Skylar, and she was sooo kind! took my order and talked to me the entire time i waited for my drink 🥹 definitely made my day!! 🩷 will be back for sure!!!

  We love to get coffee here as the service is always amazing along with the drinks. Maddie Gilmore has been working their since this location has opened, goes above and beyond for the guest, and always has a smile on her face!

  Every single visit to this 7 Brew location is incredible! The energy is unmatched, the drinks are consistently perfect, and the customer service is next-level. Addi, Emma, and Joey are beyond amazing — so friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming every time I pull up. They made the whole experience feel personal and fun, not just another coffee stop. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The team was quick, upbeat, and incredibly attentive (they really listen and make sure your order is exactly right). It’s rare to find such positive vibes and top-tier service all in one place! If you’re looking for great drinks and even better people, this is the spot. Huge shoutout to Addi, Emma, and Joey for making my day — 7 Brew is lucky to have them! 🙌🏾💙

  Not sure how after the 4th random visit here this is a 4.5 average rating. Please explain how hard it is to make a cup of coffee (hot or iced) WITHOUT SPILLING IT ALL OVER THE CUP?!?! Every single time if someone has to "wipe the cup down" they are still covered with syrup all running down the sides. The level of incompetence is insane. It's just odd how other chains seem to hit the mark every time except the low caliber staff at this location. The manager should be ashamed of the level of service here.

  I’m upset because I drove 25 miles to get my 7 Brew bracelet and tried the cupids blonde and my husband ordered a Carmel Macchiato and when they gave the drinks to us they did not say which one was which and I DIDNT GET MY BRACELETS!!!! I have become a 7 Brew fan over Scooters which is right out my back door and I come to Mt. Vernon 7 Brew quite often. So needless to say I’m not HAPPY!!!!!! 🥲
