Made new account. Ordered , got a free redemption. Used it. Will be going to corporate about this manner because the general manager refuses to give PAID items to customers. Stealing basically. If they have an issue with their app and how it works, take it to forpsote. Don’t take it out on me because you don’t know how to think outside the box.
