Along with the fact that they didn’t clean the scooper when scooping different ice cream. Wild. I tasted at least 4 different ice creams while eating the one I chose in the beginning. Please do better.

I clearly told that I want small mocha latte with less ice and he didn't understood for the first time. I repeated it but still he was not able to understand it. I knew the language he was speaking and he didn't knew that. He then started to abuse me in the language I also knew. I don't want to write here what he told me. We left from there without ordering it. This is the first time I am facing such issue in the states. Worst dunkin ever. I am also reporting this issue to the franchise.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
