  The employee filled the cup right up to the brim, so the moment I took the coffee in my hand, hot coffee started dripping onto me and into my car. Like everyone else in the early morning rush, I left the drive‑thru in a hurry, and on the way the coffee spilled all over me. Overall, it was a bad experience. I won’t be coming back until management makes some changes.

  Cashier does not listen when youre making orders and interrupts constantly. I could not even let out a full sentence without her interrupting. And then she blames you for the wrong order in front of everyone.

  Literally stood in the line for 5 min while 1 person is on the phone talking and wiping down the counters and other just keep looking and ignoring might as well better off closing down the store if you don’t want to take orders

  Last week, on two separate days, I ordered a coffee here with a note specifying no sugar and extra cream, but each time sugar was still added to my coffee. I am sugar-sensitive, and a coffee with sugar can easily make me drowsy — which is particularly concerning when I am driving. When I went back to speak with the staff member （an gentleman wearing a black shirt）about the issue, he seemed completely dismissive and unwilling to engage with my concern. Is this really how your company treats its customers? Don’t I deserve to receive a simple cup of coffee made exactly as I requested without sugar？ ps：the staff make funny face and tell me“see you next week”like he don’t even care about the things
