  I live 2 minutes from this dunkin and honestly prefer driving 10 to the next closest. They rush you through your order at the drive-thru constantly cutting you off to get you to finish your order and move on. Then when you finally get your order its usually wrong because they were rushing you to begin with. Terrible service and it is consistently terrible. Shame

  I am in the area and needed an iced coffee. The drive thru taker was a guy. He didn't tell me my total. Ok. Then I get to the window, he's holding my iced coffee and was taking my money. He told me the total with my coffee and straw holding on. Then he takes the money while the window is closing. Ok, it closed. It didn't close on my hand. But you know what he turned and closed the window on me. No receipt or asking if I want it but to not say, HAVE A GOOD DAY. That I have a problem with. You just took my money and you're rude to me. That's not nice.

  Why I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt is my own issue, last week I ordered a Boston cream and got a chocolate cake donut, no matter what latte I order the rude lady in the drive thru always makes something different. Today Feb 18th is the final straw, I ordered a latte which she repeated back wrong and when I tried to correct her she said, what else and I asked for a Boston cream, I did receive 2 Boston creams, except they are heart shaped and valentines day was 4 days ago. Clearly they are not fresh, I will never return to this location, I will contact their corporate offices, and urge the public to stay away!

  Due to its proximity, I frequent this location a lot. It has a tendency to get orders wrong when placed through the app. Missing items, entirely wrong items, and sometimes additions on items that weren't requested. If you come here, walk in.

  After a grueling Uber shift, I stopped by Dunkin’ for a quick pick-me-up, and the experience couldn’t have been better. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, taking a moment to ask how I was doing, which really brightened my evening. I ordered just a small coffee, and after paying, I requested a cup of water—no hassle at all. It’s refreshing to receive such top-notch service even for a simple order. Highly recommend this spot for its genuine hospitality! Thanks Noor will be back
