    I had a very disappointing experience at Dunkin’ Donuts drive-thru today. As I started placing my order, the employee kept interrupting me and was not paying attention. I had to repeat one item two or three times, but she ignored it and sent me to the window after I only mentioned the first item. My order was large, and I was not finished at all. When I tried to continue ordering additional drinks and food, she kept cutting me off and telling me to proceed to the window. This happened multiple times, and I never had the chance to complete my order. She didn’t ask if I was done, and she didn’t repeat or confirm anything I had ordered. At the window, the service was just as poor. When I asked for ketchup, she initially ignored me. After I repeated myself, she responded with a very rude attitude and an unpleasant facial expression. Overall, this was the worst drive-thru experience I’ve had in years. The employee was extremely rude and inattentive, and it completely ruined my mood for the rest of the day.

    Went to the drive thru to place an order. This was on 2/20/26 around 6:30 am. When I had pulled up to the window there was no one behind until maybe half a minute and a car was behind me. I pulled up and I took probably a minute or two to look at the menu to decide what I wanted to order. During that time the cashier, I believe her name was Dulce, was extremely rude, asked me multiple times “are you ready? Are you ready?” I politely kept telling her I just need one second. She gave me attitude and said I need to hurry up and order because there are cars behind me and I holding up her line. Keep in mind I was at the drive thru for 2 minutes, no longer than that. Her tone was extremely rude and never had I had a cashier at a drive thru tell me to hurry up and order because I am holding up the line. I wasn’t holding up any line either. Very awful customer service, if you don’t know how to talk to customers and be polite then you shouldn’t be working in this business. I’ve worked in a restaurant for 7 years and have never talked like this to my customers. Extremely unprofessional. On top of that, food was not good, bagel was very stale and hard, hash browns tasted like they were undercooked, and the refresher I ordered tasted weird also. Never coming back to this location And seeing the other reviews, I’m glad I’m not the only one that has had a bad experience here.

    Person at counter told me there was no midnight roast when he'd just poured one for another customer after presenting a digital coupon for it. Gave me something i didn't want and didnt want to get fixed due to needing to get back to work. Really got to listen to customers better. Wasnt even a rush there was literally no one there and I went past 5pm.
