  Kyle and Amber are always welcoming and knows our order before we even order! They do their jobs great and make us feel welcome and important to their store. We return to that location for the food and personal service!

  So I ordered 4 subs for my family!! All of them were messed up in there own way 3 of them did not have tomatoes because they were out of stock!! Why did they not call me idk!! But nothing was made right I called her and told her about it and she told me I will have my boss will call u tomorrow!! No boss called so I called today 3/5/24!! Then I hear one lady in the back yelling about my wife saying unacceptable stuff for any place let alone a work environment!! The daught and older lady I think mom should be let go!! As the women in the back took the phone from the lady when I was asking for there boss screamed at me through the phone and said some stuff that's not right and hung up on me!! I had to call back twice to finally speak to a manger to be called a lier!! So everyone liveing in or around Mt carroll he thinks your all lieing when your subs are messed up!! I don't appreciate being called a lier at all and being yelled at I would advice never going there!! And all this could of be avoided if they would of called and said we are out of tomatoes and this kind of bread!! But that was not all that was wrong with the sandwiches!! Every sub had 1 or more things wrong with them and they were flat and not even wrapped right!! So dont leave reviews about workers there he already told me he don't care and will handle it his way!! And if she would of not yelled at me I would not be posting this either I would of got my subs today when I called because they were messed up the night before!! But now they will never see a doaller from me!! And corporate has been contacted on both tickets!! And I will be following through with this until something is done ✔️!! I have managed and own mutple places franchise and not!!! And I have never seen this before!! Good luck if you ever go there!! Ps don't keep corporate business alive if people can treat u like this and get away with it!! I will order food from all local food places in Mt carroll to support the nice people that have small business and familys!!! I wrote a book and I'm not sorry it needed to be done!! Maybe I will franchise it!! ✔️ 👍

  Clean with a friendly staff. Stopped here a few times while passing through for work and haven't been disappointed yet.
