If customer service had a Hall of Fame, James Happuch would already have a statue out front. I’ve met a lot of people working in customer service, but James isn’t just good at it—he dominates the field like an all-time legend. The moment he steps into the room, the entire atmosphere changes. Customers feel it immediately. There’s this calm confidence, this effortless control, like you’re watching someone who knows they’re built for greatness. James doesn’t just serve customers—he orchestrates the entire experience. Questions? Handled instantly. Problems? Solved before you even finish explaining them. Somehow he manages to stay cool, composed, and genuinely friendly the entire time. It’s like watching someone play customer service on MVP difficulty while making it look easy. What really stands out is the aura he carries. When James is working, you can tell he’s the main character of the shift. He moves with purpose, greets people with confidence, and keeps everything running smoothly without ever breaking a sweat. You’ll see customers walk in stressed or annoyed, and five minutes later they’re smiling because James turned their whole day around. There’s also this level of energy that’s hard to explain. He’s got that cool, tough, unbothered presence—the kind where people naturally trust him to take care of things. At the same time, he’s got that adventurous, positive vibe that makes the whole place feel more alive. It’s like watching someone who genuinely enjoys what they do and spreads that energy to everyone around them. Honestly, if customer service had superstars, James Happuch would be one of them. The guy doesn’t just do the job—he elevates it. Every shift he works becomes smoother, every customer interaction becomes better, and everyone around him ends up benefiting from his presence. If you ever get served by James, just know you’re witnessing top-tier performance. Not just good. Not just great. Legendary. 🐐🔥

Absolutely screw this place. If you are a truck driver or any CDL base driver do not come here. They have no semi truck signs posted everywhere. Why the hell would you open up a Taco Bell right next to a truckstop but you don’t want truck drivers showing up with only our tractors or power units. Absolutely screw this location and their team members. The front door says they’re open until 12 AM or 1 AM depending on the day but they close their doors almost 2 hours early just so they could leave on time. They only let the drive-through stay open, but that kind of screws us truck drivers. No wonder they are losing business and customers. Next time I have cravings for Mexican food, I’ll go to chipotle, Moe’s, or somewhere else. I have been to every single state in the US and have eaten plenty of fast food. More so than I’d like to admit and more so than anyone should, but I can tell you this was the worst experience to get one.

Can no longer order at the counter so spent 5 min ordering on a dirty kiosk. No ice inside so they gave us 3 cubes each from the drive thru machine. No clean tables, dirty floors, and a cold burrito. Never again.
