Maybe try listening to the order and placing it in the computer when it’s being told to you instead of trying to remember it. When asking to talk to a manager, they just keep telling you to come back tomorrow. Garbage location and obviously bad owners get your coffee at Starbucks.

I totally understand not wanting to wait to put things away until the last minute, but they had only put away 3 flavors. I really wanted the pumpkin cheesecake, one already packed, and they said that it was already packed for the night and so they weren't going to offer it. Dude y'all close in a half hour :/ I don't know, maybe I'm entitled for this, but I just wanted that ice cream before they closed. We went else where
