This location charges $4 more per chicken strip basket than any other location we have been to. The prices are crazy high and the fries were terrible. The small cones were $4.99 each. For a family of four we spent $75! Will not be back.

$14 for four chicken strips and a regular fry. Drink not included. What an absolutely ridiculous price. A single cheeseburger is $7, no fries or drink. I also had to wait for 10 minutes after paying to get the food because of how slow their staff is. On top of that, the fries were old and dried out. I can go to Arby's right behind them and get a Meat & 3 box for 8.58 after tax, with a drink, fries, sandwich, cheese stcks and dessert. Its not even comparable how better a deal that is. Taco Bell across the intersection is cheaper. This wasn't worth the price at all. 6.99 meal, at the most. To compare, I had hand made mexican food at a sit down restaurant yesterday for $11.99. Free chips and salsa. The waitress didn't charge me for my drink. I will never eat at Dairy Queen again because of how overpriced they are. Completely disconnected from their customer base. You can tell by the bland AI response the negative reviews get, offering no help or fix for the issues and saying "sorry you think it was too expensive, please spend more money next time". They could not care less about customers. The fast food industry is falling apart

No matter how many people are in the drive-thru line, the wait is around 30-45 minutes. We’ve been when no one else was there, having ordered ahead, and STILL waited for at least 30 minutes. Tonight was no different, but this time our order was wrong.
My chicken strips had a sparse amount of honey bbq sauce and one of them was too small to be considered whole, so I basically got 3.5 strips. My husband didn’t get the cheese curds that we paid like $5 extra for, instead he got soggy fries. The bread was not toasted, it was just sliced bread with butter… They were out of Diet Coke so he got a Coke, but we had to throw it away because it was nasty (someone needs to recalibrate the soda machine, it was undrinkable). They didn’t bother to wipe the cup down, even though it was dripping in Coke. This is all unacceptable for almost $40 for 2 people (2 chicken strip baskets and one drink).
Over the past few visits, they have seemed extremely understaffed or mismanaged. Like they’re drowning in there. I’m not sure how this DQ is going to stay afloat when the food and service has gone downhill so quickly :/

Manager was awesome and delivered the food himself. The food was very high quality for a fast food restaurant.
