  I got to give only 1 star even though the food was great and had no issues with it. My problem is that I’m disgusted from the way businesses try to force you to tip! I ordered my pizza online. It asked for a tip. I did not tip because I’m going to pick it up and not eat it there. My bill was already $100 for 2 pizzas and 12 small wings. No drinks or anything else. When I get there before I could get my order they turn the screen to you to choose a tip. So basically I should be giving 20% if I’m happy with the service like in a restaurant. But compared to a restaurant, I did not eat my food at the table, I did not had it delivered or served to me on a table. I had no server who would have had to serve me every time I needed something extra. So for what should I give 20 bucks over the 100 that I already paid for the food ? They ask that price for that pizza to be made. What should I be paying extra for ? For the fact that they hand me the food I paid for ? For which I drove with my car paying my own gas in it to get there .. so basically just give tip for everything these days. I believe that if a person does something extra for me they should be tipped. If I have a sever taking care of me while I enjoy my dinner and bringing out the food to me they should be tipped. But if I make an online order and pick up the order myself there really shouldn’t be anything I should need to tip unless I feel like I got too much money and want to share with somebody. If the workers are not paid well that’s again a different story but that shouldn’t go down to the customers paying what the big companies should!

  Told 30 min for delivery I live 6 blocks away and have a baby that I can’t leave with. It’s been over an hour and when I called the store he cut me off, said pizzas on the way, and hung up on me. Still no pizza yet been 15 minutes more since then

  Placed an order Saturday evening since we were flying back from out of state and didn’t have anything to eat when we got home. I had my brother-in-law pick it up for us. Unfortunately, our flight was significantly delayed and didn’t land until 4:48am (pic with flight info attached), so it wasn’t until about an hour later that we finally tried to eat. When we opened the pizza box, we found a large black strand of hair baked into it (video attached). It was clearly under the cheese and baked into the pizza, which obviously killed our appetite. Since the store wasn’t open at 5:50am when we discovered the issue, I called the next day. I was refused a refund because I didn’t call the same day. I was also told there were no female employees working at the time and that the manager on duty is bald, which felt like they were simply denying responsibility instead of addressing the issue. I offered them the opportunity to make it right, but they chose not to. I’ve reached out to corporate and was told they would ask store leadership to resolve it. In the meantime, I’m sharing my experience with this location. 3/15 Update: Jaxon reached out and truly wanted to make things right for us. He was professional, apologetic, and addressed the issue head on. We will take him up on giving them another shot in the near future. They do have some work to do, we shouldn't have to escalate for something that could've been resolved quickly, but not everyone deals with situations the same. Increased our stars based on follow-on service. Thanks for reaching out.

  shout out the Wednesday closing crew!! If i could rate them a 100 i would. Customer service and clean the store was amazing.

  The pizza itself was good and tasted fresh. However, the way it was cut was a bit odd there were two super small slices and the rest were much bigger, which made it awkward to share evenly. Not a huge deal, but definitely noticeable. Overall still a good experience, just wish the slicing was more consistent.
