  Run out of french fries, 8 PM Saturday, not the first time, 3rd time. cheese garlic bread burned, can't wait for the pizza

  We pre ordered and Sadey Brooklyn was amazing so it shortened our wait for the delicious pizza. our waitress Anne was so warm and welcoming and we had a great time .

  Brought our friends in from out of town to experience the pizza. Simply called for the waitress and what I thought was politely, asked for refills as she hasn’t been to our table in awhile which completely understand. The waitress proceeded to make a comment to me that almost felt a little threatening, and gave the whole table attitude because she said she was busy. I understand busy. But when working a customer service job there’s absolutely no circumstances that you talk to a PAYING customer that way, especially one that is paying over $100 for food dining in. Asked for a manager and one never came to speak with us. Will never be back to this location and ruined the experience for our out of town friends. Have never been treated that way at any establishment.
