  I went to this location yesterday morning at the service was great the young man at the counter stayed calm even when an older lady started harassing him for a refund after her food had taken around 5 minutes he took my order well the food was made fresh and I will definitely be returning when I’m in town again

  Food took awhile, no one inside got their food quickly. I ordered a $6 Biggie Bag: Fries cold, Burger lukewarm, nuggets warm. Covered in Orange dye from the self serve Coke machine. A literal splash zone. And the temp in the restaurant was 62 degrees.

  The manager whose name starts with an M, is the rudest most unprofessional woman I have ever met. She lies and makes up her own policy. It took over 13 minutes for my order so I asked for a refund instead. I placed an online order it should have been ready, instead I had to stand there and wait and wait and wait and waste my entire break for work. The manager had such an attitude and told me to go to my bank for a refund. What kind of restaurant does not give a refund?

  The condiments weren't in the bag, the topping were wrong on 2 of our sandwiches, and the chicken tasted like it was fried in old oil.

  Went in the other night ar 9:30 got juat a Baconator took the 25 minutes, get home and the burger is cold cold. I sick a meat thermometer in it, it was 87... the burger was 87. So I put it in the microwave, not that bug of a deal. That night im woken up, its coming out of both ends. Its now been a week, and my guts are still messed up. Talking to people on Facebook im told that place is known for being dirt and giving people food poisoning, and if I was to see gross, try walking inside. Do today, April. 11th at 5:30 I walked in. The place is dirty, and has a weird smell. I walk over to the sun room, there is trash on the window and under tables. Add to that, this area smells like urine. Im walking out now, and wont be coming back. Good luck to anyone else that come here
