Placed an order on the app for delivery. The guy that answered simply says “yeah it’s here at the store” and I said it’s supposed to be delivered. THEN he says “we’re waiting for a driver to come back and pick it up.” I said he should have added that at first. I told him not so freaky fast today. He did not care. It isn’t hard to say right off the bat he’s sorry it will be there soon, they’re short on drivers. Nothing about that call made me think he cared about it at all. I’ve been ordering here since I’m in town more. I’m definitely going to go anywhere else. They just get enough business here that just he’s not concerned about mine. Still not here and it’s been half an hour.

ordered my lunch at 10:45 before my 11-11:50 lunch break started. Originally was supposed to be delivered at 11:10 and ultimately never showed up. By the time it was actually about to be delivered my lunch was over and I wouldn’t have had time to eat. I ended up canceling the order and there was not even an apology from the store.
