    Thought I would give it one more try and so sorry I did. This McDonald's has just gotten so bad. The food tastes like it has sat under a warmer all day. Will not be back !

    Wait 25 minutes by the door. 3 people including the manager came out and asked why I was sitting there after the lady at the window told me to pull up and my food would be out in a minute and it was a simple order a big Mac extra value meal two cheeseburger value meal quarter pounder meal and a happy meal no special orders or nothing. They acted like they were clueless. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

    Do not waste your time going to Morris McDonald's Go to Coal.City , Minooka, or Channahon. Not sure how one restaurant can be so bad and others clean and polite

    Came through the drive through this morning (Happy Halloween!) and ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 hashbrowns. Seemed like there was a bit of confusion at the first window, which I totally get! I used to work those early mornings as a new person, keep up the great work at register! The second window on the other hand… didn’t even say a word and I got not only the dirtiest look from the girl at the second window, but she also slammed the window shut right after handing my food to me! I didn’t even say a word to her, I’m not sure what her problem was :/ Hope her day gets better, whatever the issue was! 💔

    Drive thru took a long time. Staff was polite and did apologize but 3 cars in the other lane had their orders taken before mine even though I had pulled up first. Over priced for poor service!
