They’re are a pain in the neck! I’m 74 and like picking up my prescriptions when I shop. I want to get home and start dinner. No running to two different stores. How about we go back to the Jewel Card for deals? Remember those? That was handy and easy. With this app I have to get my readers out and look at my phone and make sure I’ve got the right grapes, etc. When the app was new I couldn’t believe how complicated it was to get the sale price on certain items. Don’t they want us to get the sale price? I’ve paid regular price for months until I actually looked at my receipt when I got home! Whoa! I knew I hadn’t bought that much ,but regular prices are high and you have to work for the sale price! Just not fair to us older folks who hate shopping anyway. Going to the service desk is not how we want to spend our time & it’s embarrassing too! Please go back to the Jewel Card? Thanks for hearing me. 👍
