  If you like half ass sauced wings and missing items, the Morris, IL store is your go to. If you like well sauced and perfect every time orders, go to the Butterfield Rd store in Aurora. It's the best BWW.

  Charged me for drinks that were supposed to be included in our kids meal. When I asked they said they brought out wrong cups. How is that my fault and its free refills anyways! The waitress didn't remove from bill so I tipped her that amount less on her tip. The burger was dry and the wings were hard. Overall not a good experience!!

  Came in, sat at the bar with two bartenders sitting there. Was ignored for 15 mins and when I finally ordered still took the servers another 10 mins to get me a drink

  I love this place. I got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and I couldn't have asked for anything better. It was spicy but not too hot with a great blend of salads and sauces which paired very well with the chicken. I would definitely come back here. My first time at a buffalo wild wings and no regrets. The food came out fast and the staff was so nice.

  First off this place was freezing inside!! When we sat down we both looked at each other and were like dang it’s cold in here. For me that’s rare too because I’m always hot. Anyway…order was taken right away and service was good. Waiter was very attentive. We ordered 30 wings and 5 different sauces. When they came out non were labeled at all. Normally there’s stickers by which is which. Not this time. Wings had good flavor but that’s about it. It was so cold in the restaurant that after about 2-3 wings the rest were ice cold. Plus side was we got a free burger with the special they had. We just wanted to get out of there really because it was so cold. Also when we got the bill it was wrong and they needed to fix it 2 separate times. All in all this was a terrible experience. We’ll stick to buying the sauces and making wings at home from now on.
