    Took family of 10 for daughters graduation, waitress seemed nice told us it was bogo I said cool make long story short she didn't bill was over 250 witch shouldn't of been with the bogo, I ordered 🍔 was nothing but grease waitress nvr asked how it was. Needless to say won't be coming back very expensive poor quality food for money. Wings were even cold when got them.. Terrible

    Absolutely the worst location Buffalo has. My wings were either overcooked or refried. The 3 wings were perfect but the smallest I’ve ever seen but the drumsticks were dry as hell. And they must be stoned and can’t count to 10. I received 9 wings and not 10. Here’s a few pics. If you think I’m joking . You’ll see the drumsticks are darker on the ends and dry. Onion rings and service were excellent. Went there on 11/20 at 6:40 pick up. And I’m not going to your Buffalo Wild Wings faq sheet like you tell everyone. Same crap saying but different day. Do something about all your poor ratings and quit just talking. Shows your lack of concern and poor mgmt. or ownership. Eventually this place will go under

    We order Buffalo Wild Wings from this Morris location for the Bears game. We ordered 3 20pc boneless bundles. One of the bundles were ordered 20 Honey BBQ, they gave us Asian Zing instead when it is clearly marked Honey BBQ. As you can see the sauce piled up at the bottom of the container in the first picture is clearly not Honey BBQ. Not to mention they gave us small fries instead of large. And last but not least we ordered TWELVE ranches. When we unpacked our food we received ZERO ranches. This BDubs is the slowest BDubs in the Chicago Area you would think that they would be salivating for a $60 order. I would also like to add we ordered this at 11am right when they opened so I’m sure there were no other orders to confuse them with. This is seriously embarrassing for you guys to mess this easy expensive order up. Get it together Sarah this is inexcusable.
