Whom It May Concern,
I am writing about a very disappointing experience at Taco Bell Store #036360 around 5:00 PM.
I ordered a Cantina Bowl, an Ultimate Box, and a Supreme Box. I chose the Ultimate Box because it includes the Chicken Bacon Ranch Street Chalupa, and I also ordered an additional two-pack of that item. When I checked my receipt, the extra Street Chalupa was not listed.
At the window, cashier Andrea insisted I never asked for it and said they no longer had it, even though it was still clearly displayed on the menu and included in the box I ordered. She also said something else was substituted but never explained what it was or asked if that was acceptable.
A manager then came over already upset. When I asked for a refund, he took the Cokes, lifted them over his head, and slammed them into a garbage can about ten feet away. When I asked his name, he refused and said, “you don’t need to know my name.”
This behavior was extremely unprofessional. I expect to be treated with respect and not witness employees acting this way over a simple order issue.Whom It May Concern,
