  After standing at the counter for 5 minutes looking at 3 employees talking in front of the cookers I finally said hello 3 times. A female employee finally said "we will be with you, eventually" . I replied "nope, I'll go some place else that wants to keep thier doors open" your fast service is a joke!!

  We ordered a large order of jalapeño bites and didn't receive it. The chicken sandwich we ordered was mushy on the inside. Spent $60 for family food to have multiple issues.

  I pulled up in the drive through and asked for a classic roast beef sandwich, and to my dismay, the young woman announced that they were completely out of roast beef, and they were out of brisket as well. When the slogan is "We Have The Meats", I would expect that you would indeed, have the meats. However, with that being said, when the restaurant is fully stocked, I've never had any complaints 😊

  Very rude girl at the drive up window. Slammed the window shut because I asked for fish w/cheese. Didn't say thank you. Acted like she would rather be anywhere but there. RUDE! Won't go back
