  ★☆☆☆☆ Came in curious. Left feeling like I had participated in a corporate experiment. The Big Arch looks like McDonald’s held a board meeting, discovered “artisan excess,” and decided to stack regret between two buns. On paper, it sounds majestic. In practice, it eats like a burger designed by committee, approved by accountants, and assembled by fate. The sandwich itself was enormous in the way old cathedrals are enormous: impressive at first glance, but emotionally cold. The onions arrived not as a topping, but as a legal threat. The sauce had the personality of a man explaining cryptocurrency at lunch. The cheese was present in the same way a distant uncle is present at funerals. As for the meat, let us just say it inspired reflection. Not flavor reflection. Mortality reflection. There was a certain pinkness that suggested the cow may have merely been discouraged rather than fully cooked. Texture-wise, the whole experience was somewhere between “wet handshake” and “collapsing ottoman.” Every bite felt like the burger was apologizing for itself in real time. The fries were innocent bystanders. The drink did what it could. Would I order it again? Only if I were being audited by chaos. Pros: Large enough to be seen from space. Cons: Tastes like ambition without discipline.
