The employee took the order of the people behind us instead?!?!!! We ended up leaving because nobody acknowledged that we were even there! I never had a problem with the drive thru. My first mistake was stopping at this location Anyway, the first bite I took of my bean burrito was crunchy. Yeah that’s what I said crunchy So I spit the bite out and opened it up and the beans apparently have been sitting long enough. They had dried up and become crunchy. I mean, crunchy crunchy there’s no way they didn’t notice it when they made the burrito. What a bunch of losers I’m sorry, but I don’t normally get this upset read my reviews from before I try to be polite and not insulting even when I’m upset but this is crazy. How can you make a burrito with dried up beans and not know it so they just chose to not do anything about it I come through here frequently and I have stopped several times quite a few actually, but that will be my last and I would advise anybody with Taco Bell cravings to avoid this location
