- ACAlexis C.Mar 24, 20262.0I was here yesterday after work around 5 PM getting a Matcha latte and the woman taking my order seemed to have an attitude. I was on the phone with someone at the time and they overheard her aggressive voice. Then I asked the polite guy at the window if there was cold foam on my drink. He may have been new because he asked her if there was cold foam on the drink and her response was very aggressive, I was shocked and felt so bad for him. I do not know who she was. I use to work in fast food so just because someone name is on the receipt doesn’t necessarily mean they were the person taking the order but I do hope she has a better day moving forward. My drink was good.

Today I was missing literally a quarter of my drink! I even said it outloud and she dint offer to remake it or anything. This place is turning awful. What a waste of money its becoming.

The young ladies are amazing and they always have good energy. My only concern is that when I order my Matcha no matter if you get less icy or the regular ice, they always fill the ice to the literal top of the cup, Making it a literal four or five gulp drink. They’re not filling up the Drink they’re filling up the ice. I pay almost 7 dollars for my drink and I would like it to at least last a little longer.. They should just lay off the ice, it shouldn’t feel the top of where there’s more than the drink itself.
