  Ever since it changed management (1yr- 3yrs ago) it’s horrible. If you use a coupon they put less veggies on your sandwich. If you pay regular price the same. I stopped coming here for like 6months. Yesterday, 4-10-26, I decided to give the benefit of the doubt one more time. As soon as I got in line to order, the employees were talking amongst themselves in a foreign language. All the way to the end of my order “blah-blah”. I order a foot long with almost all veggies. When it came to putting the veggies it was served like it was for a toddler. I also ordered 2 of the protein wraps. Literally she said she couldn’t add any more veggies because that’s what’s not included on the menu. I only wanted her to add spinach but she said no. They don’t fill the scoops of meat to a level amount😠they put less chicken/steak not leveling the scoop. Never coming to this place again!!!!!!

  Ordered food online payment went thru just for them to say they don’t have my order thinking I’m going to pay again. The person at the register was rude and stunk.

  It’s April 2, 2026 it was 4:30 PM me and my son came to the subway to get three sandwiches and the young lady that helped us it was a man and a lady. The man was on the register and he was also helping another couple.she was rude and racist let me explain when two white ladies walked in. She gave them the biggest smile and hello. I’ll be right with you but when it came to me, what do you want? She kept acting like she couldn’t understand what I was saying. I’m just tired of it. Why be racist to people that’s on the same side as you it’s crazy to me. I’m a black woman, a proud black woman, and I’m never gonna let someone tear me down. I’m gonna try my best to get people to stop going there thank you so much for your services and I’m sorry that you have racism in your heart young lady hopefully that you get prayer over you and God changes your mind about Black people cause we’re not bad people the people that you would be nice to do not like you good very sad please don’t go here they hate black people

  sandwich was good. tasted like sandwich. too much mayonnaise tho. tasted weird too. but food was good. cookie.

  Great sandwich. However the management doesn’t know how to schedule staff. One woman working while there were atleast 10 customers waiting including doing online orders.. All during a $6.99 promotion for footlongs is terrible. I felt so bad for her. You need to schedule accordingly..
