  I have never been a fan of mcdonalds, but something about eating in a smaller interior makes it feel more like a community rather an a restaurant. The staff are friendly enough if they get a moment, but they are usually pretty busy because their focus appears to be mostly on the drive threw. (Thanks for the service!) I have heard that the kiosks have problems but I've never had problems with them my self, I'll probably update this review if I actually experience multiple disruptions The food is about what you'd expect from a McDonald's, nothing new, but nothing terrible. I've had some mix ups on my orders historically but that'll happen.

  Don't go here expecting to use mobile rewards. The system isn't ever working. Waste of time and points

  Best mcdonalds food is always fresh the inside is very clean i always drive to this one even tho i live near the avenue of the cities one

  This is the most uninviting McDonald's I've ever come across. The registers aren't visible from the door and there's no menu board, but there is a bank of kiosks as you walk in. Not only is there no menu board, there's a wall so that the employees don't even see you if you go to the counter. We started by trying to use the kiosks but they weren't working properly so then I tried using the app because there's a single register and it's lunch time. That errored out too and the error was location specific. So we headed to the counter where a customer warned us we shouldn't bother because he had been waiting 37 minutes for his meal. We ordered. I would have liked to know what my choices were but there's no menu so I just went with an easy order. It took a little bit to come out but wasn't 37 minutes so that was a win. The food was brought out but wasn't hot and didn't include napkins. No big deal, right? Those should be sitting out. They are not. There's not even a place where they would sit. You have to go to the counter, wait for someone to come out from behind the hiding wall and give you some. The place only has about 6 tables so they obviously don't want dine in business. Based on other reviews and the "owner's" response, I'm not convinced they want customers at all. I won't be going back to this location.

  First time since they moved from the old location in Moline. This might be the worst Mcdonald's in the Quad City Area. Nothing feels human. No menu at the counter, just kiosks. The interior is uninviting and the provides inadequate seating. No condiments or napkins available to dine in customers. The employees appear to not concerned with the customers or at least the dine-in customers.
