Another 20 minutes later I approached the counter to see if there was an issue and saw my order sitting (fully bagged) on the prep table with a sticker attached that said it had been ready for 15 minutes. There were no other customers inside when we placed the order, one small group (3-5 people) came in while we were waiting, and there was an empty drive thru when we left. Got to the car (cause we were over it and just wanted to be gone) to discover there were no beans on my partner's Black Bean Crunchwrap. Absolutely ridiculous. If you really want some Taco Bell, just drive a few minutes to a different location.
