Called the store to get an update on my pizza since the website still said “preparing” after the 8:08-8:18p delivery time had passed. They said it was on the way so finally got my order 8:37pm and then it’s wrong! We called and the employees argued with my fiancé about it and refused to refund their mistake and cussed at my fiancé. Now they are claiming they will refund it at the end of the night but I think that was just to get us off the phone. The receipt that the delivery driver had even said half and half pizza and the whole thing is the same toppings but the guy over the phone said we were lying! We are furious, and are still out half a cheese pizza for my daughter who doesn’t eat any toppings. Will NEVER be back.
