The other families in the dining area were equally dismayed. Here's the most telling part... Every dine-in guest was apologized to by the staff. Why should you provide service so poor you need to apologize to everyone you come in contact with? Shame, this used to be a nice location.

- AAAceDec 11, 20251.0Have been here multiple times, sometimes food is okay other times it's not. They will drop food on the floor and still serve it, they've served me 3 hamburgers that all had dry, hard buns. There's one specific employee who still works there to this day that sexually harassed multiple other employees and makes inappropriate comments or actions and management does nothing about it. On the bright side there is one cashier that carries this whole establishment, excellent customer service and an extremely nice woman I will look forward to seeing her there if I ever go back in the future. But overall I do not recommend, you will get a floor burger or harassed by the employee.
