For the price of the sandwiches here i wish i could’ve received lettuce that wasn’t brown and wilted for my unwich pretty disappointing while on lunch a break :/

Came here on my birthday for a special treat. Took a longer lunch break since it was out of my way. Ordered a #4 box meal with cheese and kicking ranch. Got half way home and no kicking ranch. Turned around and went back to get it. Got home and there's nothing on my sandwich but turkey and cheese. Called the store and spoke to a manager who said they miss heard what I said and that's why the order was wrong. Won't be coming back here. It shouldn't take 3 tries to get an order right.

I live in the middle of three Jimmy John's all about 2 miles away and they won't deliver a sandwich to me.

First time ever eating at Jimmy Johns (I know crazy right?). I had the Toasted chicken bacon ranch sub, and it was phenomenal! The bread was fresh, the chicken was plentiful and juicy, the bacon was crispy, and the service was friendly.
