- KKK KrewerNov 10, 20253.0We had never been to a Chipotle, but my husband had seen advertisements for Carne Asada and was eager to try it. No table service -- one orders at the counter and takes the meal to the table. The staff was very helpful at describing the process, and they built a "bowl" for my husband and a salad for me. They assured me that the carne asada was not hot, and helpfully provided a sample. It was fine at first, but the heat got to me about half way through. Husband really enjoyed his bowl. The chips were great, too. They only had carbonated drinks and various lemonades and I cant drink those so my options were limited to water. Chips were good. The restaurant had really loud music that I didnt enjoy, and there didnt seem to be a place to sit that wasnt affected by the entry door letting in blasts of cold air. They do a good business, much of it take out. They appear to appeal to a younger crowd -- we were the only people over 30 there!! A bit pricy for what we got. Chips and salsa were several dollars for a bag with a few chips.
