The lady asked me to pull up in a pick spot due to the fact she was waiting on fresh tenders and etc. Ok I waited then a man comes out with our food. I took the bag and went 5 minutes to my destination and the food was cold. The fries and tenders were like they were sitting for hours. My coworker cheese and bacon burger was sliding because it was caked on with too much condiments. I will not waste my money here during my lunch hour... 2xs is the last straw. I still can't figure out the part of waiting for fresh food!!. Where????

Lobby wasn’t open so I walked up to the drive through and nobody answered me through the machine so I walked up to the window. Was told they wouldn’t serve me unless I waited for the following cars that were behind me. They said they wouldn’t serve me. I will NEVER visit a Wendy’s again because of the extremely poor customer service at this location and will be calling corporate Monday.
