Our address does not populate correctly on the website when we order and I have to leave a note with better instructions. When the resataurant actually hired drivers there was never an issue. Now they use Uber to deliver (hence the hefty fees) and they do not care to read any directions. Our pizza was delivered to the wrong address and Genesis, the "manager" on duty could care less. I had to get angry to get any kind of response or refund. They told me it was dropped off and not their concern anymore. I asked if they had a photo of it dropped off and they do not. DO BETTER! Uber does not care about where they deliver. It was left outside a warehouse. There are many other pizza places around and we will NOT be ordering from Giordano's again.
