Whether your coffee is made right depends entirely on who’s working the morning shift. I always ask for an extra swirl and they never forget to charge for it, but more than half the time they forget to add it, which is super annoying because then I have to go back and get it fixed. The hashbrowns are another issue. They’re made in a big batch early in the morning and kept in a warmer, but they don’t actually stay warm. If you want them fresh, you have to specifically ask; otherwise, you’ll get cold, hard hashbrowns. This location was closed for a while due to remodeling their drive-through and indoor area. Now that the updates are complete, I really think they should focus on training their staff so that drinks are made consistently and the customer service is friendly across the board. Because I hate pulling up and immediately I get attitude. Its the worse!

I literally just peeked, did not touch anything and what looked like the manager to me (could be wrong, she was the only one dressed different from the rest) gave me the rudest look.
