Cant refund in app and their virtual agent when you hit "issue with this order?" has been down for maintenance all November lol. Reached out over email for a refund request and heard nothing back.

I decided to buy gift cards for a volunteer organization that I work with. It was a substantial amount of money and gift cards. The clerk that was at first helping me was taking her time and doing a good job. The "manager " walks over to her and says "we don't have time for this!" Scoops up the cards, jackets and activation receipts in a heap and comes just short of throwing them at me telling me to figure it out! Then he proceeded to chat on what definitely sounded like a personal phone call. I did say to him in reply " you don't have time to do your job but you do have time to chat on the phone!" No apology. I won't be going back. It took me over a 1/2 hour to straighten out the mess he created. There are to many other places that actually appreciate my business!
