- SMSamantha MorganFeb 19, 20261.0This is the DD closest to home and my kids’ schools but I hate going there. The employees have always been rude but lately it’s been worse. I order through the app and now they barely open the window and just hang the bag out the window waiting for you to pull up. No greeting, “thank you”, no nothing. Not even a smile. They can barely even offer a full greeting when you pull to the speaker , it’s usually “help you” or something half-assed. It takes effort to be as rude and disengaged as they are.

I decided to buy gift cards for a volunteer organization that I work with. It was a substantial amount of money and gift cards. The clerk that was at first helping me was taking her time and doing a good job. The "manager " walks over to her and says "we don't have time for this!" Scoops up the cards, jackets and activation receipts in a heap and comes just short of throwing them at me telling me to figure it out! Then he proceeded to chat on what definitely sounded like a personal phone call. I did say to him in reply " you don't have time to do your job but you do have time to chat on the phone!" No apology. I won't be going back. It took me over a 1/2 hour to straighten out the mess he created. There are to many other places that actually appreciate my business!
