  I was too scared to speak out but seeing people experience the same I want to talk about my experience with the employee Joselyna. First, the service was slow. I waited nearly 25 minutes, when she arrived to the cash register she seemed completely out of it and was not at all focused on the transaction. She was speaking in a mean way and then ignoring me for almost a minute before acknowledging my presence again. When I received my order, it was wrong. I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme and a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, and I received two basic soft tacos instead. When I politely pointed out the error, Joselyna just looked at me and continued to ring other customers. This was unacceptable behavior not only was the order changed without my consent, but she didn't even bother to apologize or offer a refund for the price difference. The attitude was dismissive and uncaring.Because of this frustrating encounter, I won't be returning to this location anytime soon. Management needs to address the lack of speed and, more importantly, the poor customer service provided by Joselyna.

  Hello I am absolutely furious with your staff team yesterday when I went in a young lady named Joselya Ayla was Beyond rude gave me the wrong order and did not care to fix it told me to take what she gave me and don’t complain and my tacos looked like they had spit and dirt on it, it made me feel sick to my stomach I suggest you fire her and make her apologize to each and every costumer she served

  Hello i’m beyond disappointed in your staff team yestersay i had gone in and a young lady by the name joslyna had provided awful service and her hands seems awfully dirty im beyond disgusted

  Came in on 10/17/25 @ 8:07p.m. The restaurant was clean and the person who took our order, Christian, was wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable about products. The food came out really fast, the way Taco Bell used to be, and was exactly the way we ordered it. The best Taco Bell locations around. Christian was absolutely amazing. Josh was awesome as well. Very nice, hardworking staff. I worked for Taco Bell several years ago as a multi unit manager so I tend to pay attention to detail. This restaurant and staff is exactly what I Want and expect out of Taco Bell. Wonderful!!
