- VSVictoria SliwaNov 21, 20251.0we went through the drive-through and the service was slow even though we were the only ones there. while taking our order we could clearly hear lots of yelling in the background which definitely made it hard for the girl taking our order to hear and made it quite frustrating for both her and us. we ordered fresh cookies which i know can sometimes be a hassle but regardless we were fine with waiting and expecting to do so. as we went through the line, the yelling got louder and louder. The gentleman at the window had no idea what we ordered even though again, we were the only car in line. we could clearly see a crew member yelling at whichever manager was on duty and she was doing so right in our line of sight at the window. All we got was two drinks and some cookies. and honestly, the experience was horrible and as a former employee of this franchise, I know that it’s wrong, and I felt like something had to be said. I really hope that this is brought to the attention of the owners and or the store manager.
