The coffee was disgusting — watered down and tasted old. When I told the employee, Margaret, that I wanted a refund instead of a remake, she told me she couldn’t process a refund because she didn’t know how. She said I’d have to come back later when her manager was in at 10am. I explained that she needed to call someone or provide a cash refund since the drink wasn’t made correctly. She responded sarcastically, saying “I guess my drawer will be short”. I reminded her that I had already paid, so that didn’t make sense. At that point, she became rude and accused me of having an attitude. Eventually, she did give me the cash refund, but she was extremely unprofessional about it. I would strongly advise avoiding this location — the service is slow, the food quality is poor, and the staff is rude.
