    This place has gone down hill. Do not spend your money here, you’re better off driving a little farther to the other Dunkin by I-80

    They open at 4am but it's a 10% chance that the can serve you warm food before 5am. I can never count on getting a wake up wrap before work because "the oven is heating up and will take 15 more mins" somehow everytime i come. Weather it's 4:01 or 4:15. Never had this problem at the dunkin I used to live by.

    I've been coming to this dunkin for 5 years now and have never had a problem. Today my husband and I went thru the drive thru and the older lady was being rude from the beginning. She didn't want to scan mu rewards card and we received the below drinks( 1st picture) we ordered a pumpkin spice lat and an ice coffee cream and sugar with pumkin spice. It clearly wasnt made properly. My husband asked if she could mix it a little more she took the drinks and came back a bit later with the exact same thing when my husband proceeded to ask if she even mixed it she yelled at him to "get out of here" and this point my husband was not taking her behavior and went inside to return the drinks and ask for a refund. At 1st she kept refusing and when she finally gave us a refund she wanted to take 900 of my reward points that I already had before hand when what we purchased had only been $10. When the refund had been completed she continued to yell at us and tell us never to come there again. Don't worry lady we won't. I'll take my regular boosted status else where. We then went down the street to another dunkin(2nd picture) because we're not letting this bad experience ruin dunkin for us. And we were greeted with much better attitude and better drinks!! I understand we all have bad days but dear lady FYI if you're in the customer service industry you should consider being a bit nicer to your 5 plus years customers!

    When placing my order, I requested a large iced matcha with two pumps of caramel swirl and a loaded hash, specifying that I wanted to ensure my cheese was actually included (as it had been missing the previous day). Rather than responding politely or professionally, the employee gave unnecessary attitude and seemed irritated by my clarification. When I reached the window, I was handed my loaded hash without a bag and my drink without a straw. I had to ask for a straw separately, and the overall demeanor of the staff was cold and unfriendly. There was no basic courtesy, no greeting, and no acknowledgment of my patience.
