  Being the most expensive, 3rd best tasting burrito in town, I only go here if they have BOGO promotions, or give you free sides. You have to be explicit when you order. If you ask them if they're have a BOGO promotion, and they answer yes, and you order two identical items, they won't give you the discount UNLESS you tell them specifically to give you the discount. Also, don't go to the drive-thru to pick up your food, as they do not monitor it.

  Went into this chipotle 30 minutes before they closed and thought I was going to get a nice portion bowl! Ended up being the total opposite got 4 pieces of steak half bowl of rice when I asked for extra rice tons of beans and corn for some odd reason and a pinch of cheese I really wanted to just leave and not buy the bowl but I did not want the food to be thrown out so I bought it and took matters into my own hands luckily I was planning to meal prep the next day so instead of waiting I did it when I got home added more cheese from the one I bought and steak lesson learned when I have no more meal prep just prep the meal instead of getting scammed for 15 bucks at the minooka chipotle and I keep falling into the same trap they always find a way to disappoint

  Been sitting in here enjoying my meal after a long day driving a truck after about 10 minutes the kid in back has his own music now blaring equal almost louder than lobby music.

  On 01/29/26 my SO went to get a bowl from this chipotle, when he checked out, he was charged $16 for 1 bowl and a small thing of chips. He ended up texting me and saying that he didnt get what he paid for. I agree, he only gets a bowl with white rice and double chicken. When he opened up his bowl, he sent me a photo (added below) saying how it was absolute bs that he paid $16 for a bowl that wasnt even half full. After 20 minutes on the phone with customer service, they gave me a free reward but we just wanted him to be able to go back in and get what he paid for. Then, the lady filling the bowls only gave him half a bowl of food. If we have to pay almost $20 for a bowl of food, I would expect the food to be good, and full. This chipotle seems to disappoint me everytime i end up spending money here.

  This place is actually gross. I arrived at 10:50 and wasn’t served for almost 10 minutes because they were not ready to open. The girl was cutting steak and pulling out her phone and texting with her gloves on and then went back to cutting steak. They blast very inappropriate music. They all act like they don’t want to be there. Very unprofessional behavior and does not follow safety guidelines. I wish this location was better given its the only location in this area.
