I have never had an issue, today I sent my boyfriend to get me a quesadilla while I feed the baby, the staff members refused to make a quesadilla for him stating it was online only, keep in mind I have gone in there at least 10 times and ordered a quesadilla with no problems. They then told him if he ordered it on the app he could stand there and wait for the to make it. This is gross behavior, we have a newborn baby at home and we’re looking to get a quick easy dinner and instead what should have been a 10 minute food run turned into 25-30 minutes because they wanted to be difficult. At this point I don’t even want to continue at this location with how poorly they treated him. Also once he got home my quesadilla was completely burnt and they didn’t give me any sides basically paid 16$ for burnt tortilla and cheese with hardly any meat.

Every bit of guacamole given was black, not one bit of green. How could they serve this to anyone let alone someone ordering delivery because they are physically unable to drive. I wish I could say this was a one-off occurrance, but it has happened literally every single time I come here to order food, regardless of the time. This location is not only a waste of space, but a waste of time and money for anyone who wants to enjoy a nice chipotle bowl. Management needs to be fired, the current employees need to be retrained, or this location needs to just cut it's losses and close up shop. Absolutely pathetic excuse for an establishment.
