Myself and my coworker/friend placed 2 separate orders, used 2 different cards and 2 different coupons for our food. I went to pick up both orders. I have never been in this establishment. I walked in about 1205p and young girl (long blonde hair) says "yeah" There is an elderly lady getting her food made otherwise I am the only one in the store as a customer. I tell her its a pick up order. I give her both names, she only hears one name and she took that order and slammed it on the counter. I was standing waiting on the other order and another woman (brown long hair glasses to small for her face) roughly asked what I wanted I told her the sandwich came with a drink she got loud and yelled and I showed her my order from my phone. She gets my sandwich said I never gave my name and slams it on the counter with the cup. In the background is the manager who is talking but not being loud. I ask her to repeat her self. I step to the register and she states that she is tired of people using the coupons more than once on different orders. She insinuated that the orders I placed were used with the same coupon. My coupon was for a meal and her coupon was for just the sandwich. I told the manager that no one used the same coupons. She then insinuated that I made more than one order with a different name to get more than one discount. I then asked her sarcastically if she wanted to see my ID because apparently my name doesn't match my appearance. And the manger says that its a good idea and even says "better yet got get the other person if its 2 different people." I left without the food and went back to my job and grabbed my coworker and we both walked in with IDs asking about our food. Manager pops out the back and slams a stack of receipts on the counter and says that she voided both transactions and we can leave. I then told her that we wanted the food she said we weren't being served and we need to leave. I then made a remark about it being a store why would they not take the coupon and the woman with brown hair says "Yes, Subway is a cooperation but we are a franchise and if we don't want to take the coupon we don't have too. If you could read its big sign at our door." I explained again the order was placed on the app which does not restrict the coupon use. They wanted to continue to argue with me I then asked for the owner's information and was told they don't give it out. As I walked out they were still talking rudely, and I called them all ignorant. I have never seen them before and from the time I walked in the atmosphere shifted. I was talked to rudely, staff was short with me, I was accused of making more than one order to get discounts and told that I needed to show my ID to get the sandwich because the manager just couldn't believe my name is Heather. I have never seen what felt like racial profiling like this in my life. I present as an ethnic woman and because of that all these insinuations were made. I contacted the Subway main webpage with no help. I tried to post this on a social media group page but my story got denied to post. So I decided to write this review. I will never eat Subway again especially from that location. Staff is rude to people and unprofessional. Someone in authority needs to clean house and get a better team in there to provide customer services. I still will be filing a former complaint as soon as I figure out the right avenue to use to do so.

Owner/Manager is rude and has terrible customer service and professionalism and had no remorse over charging my $3.89. The Sub of the day is $6.99, in order to get it for $6.99 the cashier needs to ring up the sub, the chips and the drink so the POS will combine them and charge $6.99. the cashier forgot to ring up my chips so it charged me $7.79 for my sub and $2.59 for my drink a total of $10.38 an overcharge of $3.39. Also the pop machine was out and everything tast d like garbage. After making our sandwiches the staff disappeared to the back so there was as no one to talk to about not having a drink. I helped myself to a bottle of pop since I clearly couldn't have a fountain drink. Finally 20 mins later she reappears up front, so I ask her about my receipt and instead of helping she calls me a theif for taking the bottle of pop because it's 50 cents more than a fountain drink. First off, if she wouldn't have left the front of the store for 20 mins. I would have. I actually did wait 10 mins for her to come back but i couldn't keep eating my dried out sun with our something to drink. So I give her another dollar to pay for th difference in bottle versus fountain even tho she still owes me $3.39 for my meal of the day and most of not all restaurants would give me the drink complementary for my troubles. And you guesses it, she doesn't give me my 50 cents change after giving her the dollar and continues to call me a theif while she owes me $3.89 now. This lady needs to go-to Jersey Mike's and see how customer service is supposed to be. Horrible experience. Never going back.

Rude staff with bad hygiene. I did not feel good about eating my sandwich but how do ask the person you'd like someone else to make your sandwich. The pop machine was bad, every flavor tasted horrible and when we asked for them to fix it, they said nothing was wrong with it and to drink it.
