Mind you the roads are covered in ice and snow. Rather than making the iced coffee that I already paid for, she proceeds to tell me how people need to stop ordering on the app because they're not open. As if we're supposed to be mind readers and know when they open. I just had to get a $4 refund from my iced coffee because it's 8:30 in the morning and they don't open until 9:00. But rather than making it and just handing it to me, she wanted me to turn around and come back in this crap. No thanks.
