This jewel is convenient for me, I refuse to go back to the deli, no matter what time of day you go, the staff is rude and it’s as if they are so annoyed with whatever you order. This will be the last time I give this deli a chance, I went in for chicken at 3pm and the gentleman working approached me with a rude “what do you need!” I was in shock but I wasn’t going to say anything, I asked if there was chicken and he was so annoyed walked to the back, made it seem as if I was such a bother. He came back saying 25 minutes, me not wanting to be an inconvenience to anyone, I saw smaller chicken wings and I had asked about those, and he wouldn’t even look at me and just rambled off the different portions in such an annoyed tone of voice. I uncomfortably just ordered the first size he said because I just wanted to hurry up because I felt like a bother. Mind you, no one else was in line. After he handed me my bag, I wanted to say “I hope you have a better day” but I didn’t. I didn’t want my kids to see I was upset and it’s just sad bc I know this is the kind of customer service to expect at this jewel location because it never fails, I see it with other customers ahead of me as well as my self. I will go out of my way to a different grocery store when I need to go to the deli. I give this jewel 2 stars bc the cashiers are always super friendly and helpful and so is the Starbucks staff!

The wait in line is unreasonable, meanwhile it's 3 employees standing in self checkout laughing out loud and 2 ladies at the service desk with no customers. Jewel motto should be GET THESE CUSTOMERS IN AND OUT😭 everyone that can operate the registers should open up more lanes. They are on the clock, why not🤔
- LBLatisha ButlerOct 23, 20251.0The deli counter is very rude and unprofessional and a hot bar is very nasty all the time I come in there when I want some honey wings or some fries and they keep the old stuff up there for customers which is not right and the fries be burnt in the honey wings be too hard I also noticed that they had seven-layer salad back at the deli yeah it seem old aired out and withered not edible to purchase at all overall the store is good but this rating is for the deli ONLY THE DELI
