  This is the closest dunkin to my home but I cannot seem to stick to this location. I have gotten my drinks made incorrectly various times and it’s becoming frustrating to spend money on drinks that get tossed out. They are starting to make me show my order confirmation at the window so I can get my items even after mentioning I’m picking up an order under my name. I couldn’t pull it up once due to my slow service and I had to sit there and wait.

  Instead of asking customers to "donate a dollar" and then proceeding to say "Are you sure? It's only a dollar." without even the slightest explanation of what is being donated too... maybe train your employees in behaving with tact? I don't know where to even begin. The entire experience was awful. You can take the ~$2-3 up charge and donate that.

  These employees have to be some of the rudest individuals I have ever encountered. Usually when you order from someplace to ask how they can help you not "what do you want" and instead of asking can I get you anything else it was "and what else" just plain rude. I've had similar experiences with this location and tried to give them a chance at it being an off day or something but this place is just plain terrible. Service is terrible and then the food and drinks you end up playing roulette if you get the correct drink or food you ordered. Sad because this Dunkin is on my way to and from work but now I'll go further just to avoid the rude ladies at this store. I hope a manager see this and has a talk to there staff about how to talk to customers.
