  Why does coffee take 20 minutes to get after ordering??? Totally incompetent!

  The incompetence of the workers here is next level! I went at around 9:45 pm and paid for a frappe and a big Arch meal. When I get the the serving window the (what I wouldn't call a lady) when I asked about my frappe said,"we don't have frappe's" and then wouldn't give me an option for a substitute for what I paid for, straight up lying to my face! And then when I asked for my receipt she said she couldn't get it for me because she already threw it away. Then after I get my food and drive all the way home. I'm met with the surprise of a nearly completely RAW patty on my Big Arch burger! These "kids" really need to be fired or have their wage reflect their skills because I would say they need to be brought back down to $7/hr cause they don't even seem to have an ounce of care for their job even when they get paid a livable wage🙄

  Good McDonalds Service is good. Food is prepared well in temperature and quality. Conveniently located near I-39.

  Made me wait 10 minutes for chicken nuggets to be dropped and cooked. Didn’t even put any nuggets in my daughter’s happy meal. Now home and trying to call for the last 20 minutes with no one answering. Absolutely ridiculous.

  McDonald’s is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Manager is very nice. The restaurant is in good condition. I love the nuggets. Must come back. 10/10.
