  We order from here at least once a week for takeout, and they’re always consistent. The sandwiches are great every time, the sides are fresh, and the pickles are honestly one of my favorite parts. Orders are always ready right on time when we arrive, which makes the whole experience easy and reliable. Definitely one of our go-to spots. Highly recommend this location.

  terrible service. walked in and nobody was at the front so i waited a couple minutes and still no one. then i said “is anyone there” and someone came out all rude like i interrupted something and then took my order. then i had to wait again for my order while they were talking.

  I placed an order online through the app and I directed them to the location of where I work. It was over 25 to 30 minutes. I waited for my order and never received it. I call and speak to the manager and he tells me what do you want me to do? Doesn’t refund me my money Horrible customer service horrible company. They need to fire that manager and hire somebody else.

  Most times when I order a veggie sandwich my cheese has little hair pieces in it. I usually get Jimmy John's when I'm in a rush to get somewhere like work and need to grab a quick bite, it's disgusting this place needs a safety inspection please do better.
