After asking a second time to use the washroom they lied again and said it wasn't working. After I told them 2 ladies were just in there, they reluctanty let me in to wash my hands. and guess what!!!! The toilet was working just fine!! Wonder if the health dept knows you dont let customers use the washroom?!?
