    El personal debe ser mas amable y explicar al cliente el menú por si el cliente no entiende, o no sabe leer, sonreír y dar solución, estar dispuesto a responder las preguntas del cliente del menú con amabilidad, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar, deben de recordar que los clientes llevan el dinero al negocio, y el personal del negocio lleva el dinero a su casa, si los clientes no llevan el dinero al negocio y lo gastan en otro lugar, pues el negocio serrara, la clave es tratar a todos con amor, y sabemos que los clientes no son fáciles, o que la vida del personal de trabajo tampoco es fácil, debemos dejar todo aún lado y dar siempre lo mejor de nosotros exitos dejo una crítica muy constructiva por aqui. Muy buena comida. Y la clave es ser diferentes y no dejarnos controlar por las malas experiencias. Si necesitan entrenamiento estamos listos para ayudar.

    First time, I ordered from this restaurant I was trying to use the website to order online and pick up the order at the store but for some reason it didn’t work because the order didn’t get saved to checkout. I decided to go to the store in person . After I got home noticed that some areas on the pizza didn’t have cheese . Also, I asked for certain ingredients and I noticed they combined 2 different types of meat! I guess they didn’t have enough of the ingredient I ask on top I noticed the meat was quite overcooked! Usually I don’t left reviews but I was quite disappointed. Hopefully, the store administration get to see this reviews and improve their service. The Restaurant key success is keep customers pleased with the service, sympathy, enthusiasm and hospitality as well as food service and quality . My best wishes
